The made our experience and stay unforgettable. They went above and beyond to make our week stay at st Regis beautiful!. Summary: Your staff represent the St Regis Hotel brand, when they do it this well you must be delighted they work for you ! There can be few hotels globally that make you feel so welcome, the St Regis Doha Qatar is one of them. From the moment we arrived, the St Regis staff have gone above and beyond to make you welcome with impeccable levels of service throughout the hotel. The hotel room was amazing, with a nightly turn-down service. The breakfast was wonderful with a huge selection of beautifully presented dishes. I must mention Maged (Food & Beverage Manager) from breakfast at the Vine Restaurant who was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. We spent everyday by the huge swimming pool (biggest hotel pool in Qatar). A few staff members we must express our sincere thanks to who helped us poolside were Sahan, Hashen, Chathu, PD, Kendi Damith Satyam and Jane….. just brilliant staff, they are an asset to the hotel. Finally we give a special mention to Roula (Director of Guest Experience) who very kindly reached out before our arrival via WhatsApp to ensure everything was smooth then greeted us everyday checking we were happy during our stay. We leave this hotel today but 110% we’ll be back.

Summary: Can’t say enough great things about this hotel. From the moment I arrived very early in the morning and they managed to check me in a little while later, to the moment I departed, I was treated like royalty. Nothing was too hard. The staff are absolutely delightful, offering coffee, water or a friendly chat. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Pool was incredible with the attentive staff providing towels and iced water, along with little treats throughout the day. I tried the Astor Grill and Novikov and both were excellent. Can’t wait to go back!
